Buller District: Arts and Crafts

Buller is home to world-class painters, sculptors, potters, wood carvers and other artists. Visit galleries, studios, workshops and craft co-operatives spread throughout the area to get an idea of the range on offer, from fine pottery and paintings to hand-worked furniture, metal sculpture and glassbeads. Many of high quality raw materials used such as tree burls for wood turning are sourced locally, making artwork from here extra special.
