We are a locally owned and operated company that pride ourselves on being a little bit different.

The main River we operate on is the upper section of the Grey, which has grade 3 whitewater that everyone will enjoy. The Grey River is surrounded by lush native forest that weaves its way through the hills towards the Coast.

Day wilderness tour – Grey River

Ride the rapids as we journey through native beech forest then relax and enjoy the pristine scenery as we pass through the gorge. Enjoy a catered lunch at the rivers edge and take the opportunity to leap into the river off the jump cliff.

Adults: NZ$145.00 per person

Children: NZ$130 per person (10yrs – 15yrs)

Age limit: 10yrs and above, (10 to 12yrs need to have 1:1 ratio with an adult)

Duration: 7 hours

Pick up times: 9am outside the Reefton Visitor Centre or 9.20am outside the Ikamatua Hotel

Food: Lunch and snacks supplied

All river equipment supplied

Overnight raft expedition – Grey River

Exciting two-day raft trip as we follow the river through the hills riding the rapids and camping in tents on the rivers edge overnight in the pristine beech forest.

Adults: NZ$450.00 per person

Children: NZ$360 per person (10yrs – 15yrs)

Age limit: 10yrs and above, (10 to 12yrs need to have 1:1 ratio with an adult)

Duration: 2 days, 1 night, back in Reefton by 3pm on day 2

Pick up times: 8am on day 1, outside the Reefton Visitor Centre

Food: All food supplied, 2 lunches, dinner, breakfast and snacks

All river equipment, tents and sleeping mats supplied (detailed list on Inland Adventure website)

Family Rafting

Half-day rafting tours for families are available on demand, children 5 years and above. These trips are run on Child friendly rivers around the Reefton area.
