Kitchen: Brand new and fully equipped with full stove, extra large sink, rangehood, microwave, toaster, coffee plunger (French press) etc.

BBQ – new one in carport

Bathroom: Brand new with huge bath, premium Futura Slide shower with Methven shower heads and mixers for gaspingly good pressure, endless hot water (gas), and 8kg washing machine. Heated bathroom.

Heating – brand new Panasonic heat pump.

Parking – large carport/driveway. Room for boat on grass outside.

Cancellation Policy: 48 hours cancellation required or 100% of the booking will be forfeit. Outside the 48 hr cancellation period, from time of booking and payment, a $10 minimum charge will be applied in case of cancellation to cover admin/data entry and processing costs to banks.

Directions: As you come into Westport via the main street (Palmerston St) keep driving towards the port until you get to a street called Pakington St (Mitre 10 store is on the corner). Turn right and drive down Pakington until you get to Romilly St – turn left – drive as far as you can and Salisbury turns off to the right at the end of Romilly. The cottage is number 4, Salisbury St behind a high wooden fence.

Pets: Sorry – with new carpets etc no pets please. Warning: If you arrive with pets at this property, you will be refused entry to the cottage and will forfeit your booking payment as per our cancellation policy unless you make arrangements with local kennels/catteries to house your pet during your stay.
